Tora Hockey Refund & Returns Policy
At Tora, we stand by the quality of our hockey sticks and want you to have the best experience on the field.
Replacements & Returns
We will replace your hockey stick under the following conditions:
- 12-Month Warranty – If your stick breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it.
- Factory Defects – If there is a clear factory defect upon delivery, we’ll replace your stick at no cost.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Breakage due to excessive force, misuse, or impact against hard surfaces.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, or minor wear that does not affect performance).
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, water damage).
How to Claim a Replacement
- Email us at info@torastore.co.za with:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photos of the damaged stick and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the stick.
- Once received, we’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible.
